Today I was able to order the flagpole, organize the plaque, and work on getting cement donated by Home Depot (they were very accepting to helping). Thanks to all who donated!

I talked with the Dande plaque making company on the phone, an they helped me schedule an appointment-like thing.

I visited the Dande Company and ordered a plaque.
May 26
The flagpole, flag, and ground slide arrived.
May 28
I visited Home Depot and worked out the final donation of cement details, and collected the cement. Thank you Home Depot!

We dug the hole for the base placement.

We, with brother Heimuley's help, filled and completed a very good-looking base. We will replace the wood, possibly just get rid of it, at a later date as maintenance. We finished in about six hours, and only ran short of about 25 lbs. cement. It has the plaque in it also, along with a cap to go on top of the pipe/slide. Thanks to Micah, Hunter, Zach, Zach, Chase, Parker, Brother Westhoff, my parents (who drove us everywhere, worked on the project, and bought food), my grandparents (who donated money), and, last but not least, all the donars for this project! You made this possible!
